Bone Grafting

Bone grafting is a procedure commonly used in dentistry to restore or add bone to a jaw in preparation for dental implants.
This is necessary if a patient has insufficient bone volume in their jaw to support dental implants and can also be used to regenerate bone lost from gum disease. The goal is to stimulate new bone growth to create a solid foundation for the dental implant. This is an important step and creates a foundation for long-lasting implants.

Dr. Estrin uses Platelet Rich Fibrin in all his bone grafting procedures to help speed up healing and yield better results.

Dr. Estrin uses bone grafting in the sinus for implants in your upper jaw, in extraction sockets, and after a tooth has already been missing to add adequate bone volume for implant placement.
